This Ethics Policy governs the conduct of Futuro Corporation's editorial operation. It exists because we publish comparisons and educational content about the market in which we also sell a product. That dual role demands explicit rules, stated publicly, so readers can judge our work accordingly. This policy is binding on everyone who contributes to Futuro's published content.
Editorial decisions — what we cover, how we rank, what we conclude — are made by the editorial team under the methodology published in our Publishing Principles. Sales, marketing, and partnerships functions do not set rankings, select winners, or edit conclusions.
We do not accept payment for listings, rankings, reviews, mentions, or coverage. Specifically, no vendor may pay to:
We do not sell sponsored content, sponsored reviews, or placement of any kind within editorial articles.
Futuro Corporation sells an AI receptionist product, and that product appears in some of our comparisons. We address this conflict with four commitments:
Declining to engage with us — refusing a demo, an interview, or a partnership — never negatively affects how a vendor is covered.
As of the last update of this page, we hold no affiliate, referral, or commission relationship with any vendor in our content. Should that ever change, the relationship will be disclosed at the top of each affected article and will not influence methodology or rankings.
Editorial team members do not accept gifts, travel, meals, or anything of significant value from vendors we cover or might cover. Team members do not endorse competing products outside of our published content.
Any contributor with a personal, financial, or family relationship to a vendor we cover must disclose it before working on related content. Where a conflict cannot be neutralized by disclosure, the contributor is reassigned.
We use AI tools in research and drafting under human supervision, as detailed in our Editorial Standards. All published content is reviewed, fact-checked, and approved by human editors. Responsibility for accuracy rests with the human editorial team and, ultimately, with the Founder & CEO.
Violations of this policy are grounds for removal from editorial work. Readers who believe an article violates this policy should contact editorial@futurocorp.com; the concern will be reviewed under our Corrections Policy.
