These Publishing Principles explain how the Futuro Editorial Team researches, writes, verifies, and maintains the guides, comparisons, and educational articles published on futurocorp.com. They apply to every article in our blog and resource library. This document works together with our Editorial Standards, Ethics Policy, and Corrections Policy.
We publish content that answers questions small and mid-size business owners actually ask about phone answering, AI receptionists, and customer communication. Topic selection is driven by search demand, reader questions, and gaps in publicly available information — never by payments from vendors.
Every comparison and guide is built from primary, verifiable sources:
Each pricing figure and factual claim carries a verification date in the article. Prices change; the date tells you when we last confirmed the figure.
Every comparison article states an evidence level near the top, describing exactly how the article was researched:
Each article also includes a "What we verified — and what we did not" section, so readers never have to guess about the basis of a claim.
Where an article recommends products, the recommendation logic is published inside the article itself: the criteria, the weighting, and the buyer profiles each recommendation applies to. We make segmented recommendations ("if your situation is X, consider Y") rather than declaring a single universal winner, because the right tool depends on call volume, budget, and use case.
Rankings are determined by the published methodology. They cannot be purchased, negotiated, or influenced by any vendor relationship — including our own. See our Ethics Policy for how we handle the fact that Futuro's own product appears in our comparisons.
Futuro Corporation does not accept payment for listings, rankings, reviews, mentions, or coverage of any kind. No company can pay to appear in an article, to rank higher, to receive a more favorable description, or to have criticism removed. We do not sell sponsored placements, sponsored reviews, or "featured vendor" slots. If this policy ever changes, the change will be disclosed prominently here and on every affected article.
As of the last update of this page, Futuro Corporation does not operate affiliate links, referral fees, or commission arrangements with any vendor mentioned in our content. If we ever enter such an arrangement, it will be disclosed at the top of every affected article, and it will not influence ranking position or methodology.
We actively want to be told when we are wrong. Readers, vendors, and competitors can challenge any claim we publish:
Feedback is reviewed by the editorial team, not by sales or marketing. Submitting feedback never negatively affects how a vendor is covered.
Published articles are reviewed on a quarterly cycle. Pricing-sensitive figures are checked more frequently when a vendor announces changes. Every substantive update changes the article's "last updated" date; material corrections are additionally noted per our Corrections Policy.
